Q. You are based in Cornwall,
we're miles away, will this cause a problem?
A. No, we have developed web sites for companies we have never
met face to face, the geographical distance is irrelevant.
With the speed and simplicity of email combined with our policy
of uploading your sample site as it progresses for you to
view. This will not cause a problem. If it is a concern we
can arrange a meeting in the first instance if required.
Q. How much will it cost?
A. This depends entirely on your requirement, we have compiled
some basic pricing information here.
Q. Will I need to pay you in
advance, if so, what happens if I'm not happy with the work?
A. Generally we do not take payment up front though we do
reserve the right to ask for a deposit in some circumstances,
ultimately though we are not happy until you are.
Q. I want to sell from my web
site, will the transactions be secure?
A. Yes, the server we use is Thawte certified and encrypts
the information before it is sent. Depending on the system
engaged you will generally collect your orders from a secure
server area.
Q. How will people find my
web site?
A. This is down to a combination of design factors, submission
of your URL to the right places and your own marketing strategies,
we will discuss all this in depth with you.
Q. How long will it take to
build the site?
A. This will come down to a number of factors, for example
general complexity and size of the site. We aim to get at
least one page up for you within a couple of days of receiving
your commission. Other factors that affect completion time
will include the time it takes the client to supply us with
content information, specific images etc.
